REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Student can request a Full Refund up to 30-business days prior to the class start date. Refunds requests made with less than 30-business days prior to the class start date will eligible students to transfer their paid registration to a future class.

No Refund will be provided to students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice and approval. Student who provided a notice 7-business days prior to the class start date may get an approval to reschedule their training class subject to a $150 processing and administration fee to reschedule their training class. Please obtain cancellation approval or substitute a registration by contacting us at info@newagiletraining.com

In case of a class cancellation by New Agile Training due to inadequate enrollment, emergencies, weather or other unforeseen circumstances, New Agile Training will inform student of such up to 10-business days prior to the class start date. Student will be offered registration in a future class or a full refund.

Any refund request, with respect to cancellation of a class where an alternative option cannot be provided by New Agile Training, will be processed within 30 days from date of request. New Agile Training is only responsible for class tuition fees, not travel, transportation, or hotel arrangements.
